POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE INCLUSÃO SOCIAL DAS MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA E FAMILIAR

Resumo
O objetivo do presente artigo foi refletir acerca da necessidade de implementação e difusão de políticas públicas que visem a erradicação da violência doméstica e familiar contra a mulher, tendo em vista a entrada em vigor da Lei Maria da Penha, Lei n. 11.340, de 2006. Ademais buscou-se discutir acerca da dignidade da pessoa humana, em especial o direito humano básico da mulher de viver uma vida livre do medo e da violência. Ainda, foi realizado o monitoramento da Lei Maria da Penha na cidade de Passo Fundo, que é um objetivo da Secretaria Especial de Políticas Públicas para a Mulher, para verificar a (in) efetividade da Lei Maria da Penha. Além do método dialético, empírico foi realizado a revisão bibliográfica. Como resultado verificou-se no decorrer da pesquisa a existência de integração entre os órgãos consultados, mas a ausência de políticas públicas que garantam efetividade as garantias da "Lei Maria da Penha".

Abstract
The aim of this paper was to reflect on the need for implementation and dissemination of public policies aimed at the eradication of domestic violence against women, with a view to entry into force of Law Maria da Penha Law 11340, 2006. Furthermore we tried to discuss about human dignity, in particular the basic human right of women to live a life free of fear and violence. Still, there was the monitoring of Maria da Penha Law in the city of Passo Fundo, which is an objective of the Special Secretariat of Public Policies for Women, to check (in) effectiveness of Maria da Penha Law. In addition to the dialectical method, empirical literature review was conducted. As a result it was found during the research that there is integration between agencies consulted, but the absence of public policies that guarantee the effectiveness of guarantees "Maria da Penha Law."
