Resumo
O objeto do presente Artigo é a justiça restaurativa como meio alternativo para resolução de conflitos sociais. Apresenta inicialmente, noções gerais acerca da justiça restaurativa, e, posteriormente passa a discorrer sobre a justiça restaurativa como uma alternativa ao modelo tradicional de justiça criminal retributiva. Encerra-se trazendo a proposta garantista minimalista do sistema penal como caminho à justiça restaurativa, observando inclusive a possibilidade de participação da vítima neste processo. O método de abordagem utilizado na elaboração desse Artigo foi o indutivo e o método de procedimento foi o monográfico. O levantamento de dados foi através da técnica da pesquisa bibliográfica. Nas considerações finais, enfatiza-se o objetivo do presente Artigo, que é a justiça restaurativa como meio alternativo para resolução de conflitos sociais.

Abstract
The object of this Article is restorative justice as an alternative means of resolving social conflicts. It initially presents general notions about restorative justice, and later goes on to discuss restorative justice as an alternative to the traditional model of retributive criminal justice. It ends by bringing the minimalist guarantor proposal of the criminal system as a path to restorative justice, including observing the possibility of the victim's participation in this process. The approach method used in the preparation of this Article was inductive and the procedural method was monographic. Data collection was carried out using the bibliographic research technique. In the final considerations, the objective of this Article is emphasized, which is restorative justice as an alternative means of resolving social conflicts.
